The Atwood Family before Alice Davidson's wedding to Eric James in August 2008.  Behind us is a newly landscaped backyard.  I believe we may have been the only people in Dripping Springs to landscape the yard in the middle of the longest drought in Central Texas.  Congratulations Eric and Alice - We love you guys!

Girls Go To Washington

Missy and the girls travelled to Washington Dc during the summer of 2008 with the local girl scout troop.  They all seemed to have a good time, although Missy did indicate some time away from 11 thru 14 year old girls would be a good idea.  Girl Scouts approach things a little differently than the Boy Scouts I remember as a kid.  We slept outside in  non air-conditioned tents.  The girls Scouts today seem to travel by plane and stay in 3 star hotels!
